What Cookies Are

Cookies We Use
We aim to keep cookie use to a minimum. We group ours into three categories.
Strictly necessary. Needed to run the site, remember your cookie choices and keep things secure. These do not require consent.
Analytics. Help us understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. We use privacy-respecting analytics and only set these cookies if you accept them.
Embedded content. Some pages include videos hosted by third parties, including Vimeo, YouTube, Facebook and Wistia. Each video is shown as a still image until you press play; only then does the video load from the provider, which may set its own cookies and collect usage data under its own privacy policy. Where the provider offers it, we use privacy-enhanced settings, such as Vimeo’s do-not-track option and YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode.
Your Choices
When you first visit the site, a banner asks whether you accept analytics and embedded content cookies. You can change your choices at any time using the button below.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser. The Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk has guidance on doing this for common browsers. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site working.
