Accessibility

Our commitments to making this site usable by as many people as possible.

We want this site to be usable by as many people as possible, and we work towards level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 as closely as we can.

Last reviewed: May 2026.

What We’ve Done

We try to follow good practice. Where possible:

  • Text resizes cleanly up to 200 per cent without breaking layout
  • Colour contrast meets or exceeds WCAG AA
  • Pages work with a keyboard alone, with visible focus on links and buttons
  • Images have meaningful alternative text, or are marked as decorative
  • Headings, lists and landmarks help screen readers navigate the page
  • Linked video content includes captions or transcripts where available; the homepage background video is silent and decorative, hidden from assistive technology, and replaced by a still image for visitors who request reduced motion
  • Moving or auto-scrolling elements can be paused, with controls provided so visitors can read content at their own pace

Known Limitations

Some older case study assets, including PDFs and embedded video hosted on third-party platforms, may not fully meet WCAG 2.2 AA. We will improve these as we refresh content.

Getting in Touch

If you find a problem using the site, or need information in another format such as large print, plain text or a different colour scheme, email [email protected]. Please describe the issue and the page where it occurred. We aim to respond within five working days.

How We Tested the Site

The site is checked using a combination of automated tools, manual keyboard testing and screen reader review. We re-test after significant changes and at least once in every four-year period.
